Firstly we hold preliminary talks with you in order to define the product in terms of

• the content and scope of the documentation
• agreements on providing product information
• setting up a time schedule
• a meeting with your design department and a demonstration of the product in your company (if already available). We make a video recording of the product demonstration

The next steps in realising the project are

• drafting the manuscript and diagrams
• designing the layout
• submitting a proof for correction

You make an assessment of the draft and we make the corrections you require at a joint correction meeting. Once the draft has been approved, we create the final version of the documentation and deliver it as agreed

• as files on a data carrier
• as a copy specimen on paper
• printed and bound
